However, we didn't receive any emails asking for a refund for two years until you live chatted with us the other day and one was immediately issued to you. Sorry she made the mistake of not issuing you the refund two years ago. We're sorry about the experience you had with Lisa. (since i cant reply to your reply here).first of all it was three years and i asked her for a refund a month after order date.i still have the emails of me asking for the refund too,so please dont try to make this seem like its your consumers fault.but yours due to your terrible employee at the time. Also the 15 day "turn around" time as they call it is a joke. Anyways it's a shame when I get a refund confirmed back to me soon I'm gonna give this place a second chance.hopefully I don't regret it. I thought I was the only one and googled their place to see their storefront and all i saw was a hotel.not sure if this place is a scam. After that, I looked around and people had problems with never receiving their orders as well. Hopefully, the money even makes it to my financial institution for my access. It took literally three years for an issued refund.and this is called a business? The only reason I got a refund was cause I went back to the site cause of an email for me to spread the word of them, but I went to the chat on their website or else I'm sure I would never have seen my money. The team I was getting in contact with was terrible! I would receive the same response of ill try to make a refund request, or no answer at all! The rep "Lisa" was terrible and is inadequate for the job.
